Our research is mainly focused on optoelectronic properties of quantum systems for quantum information processing and spintronics:
- High efficient single-photon source and single-photon detector;
- Initialization, coherent control and detection of quantum bits based on the charge, exciton and spin in a single quantum dot;
- Scaling up quantum bits;
- Ultrafast spin dynamics and low temperature transport in semiconductor nanostructures;
- Strong coupling between quantum dots and photonic crystal cavity or surface plasmon for quantum photonic network;
- Quantum memory with cold atoms.
