Our research is mainly focused on optoelectronic properties of quantum systems for quantum information processing and spintronics:

  1. High efficient single-photon source and single-photon detector;
  2. Initialization, coherent control and detection of quantum bits based on the charge, exciton and spin in a single quantum dot;
  3. Scaling up quantum bits;
  4. Ultrafast spin dynamics and low temperature transport in semiconductor nanostructures;
  5. Strong coupling between quantum dots and photonic crystal cavity or surface plasmon for quantum photonic network;
  6. Quantum memory with cold atoms.
